Shipping policy
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and the most efficient available shipping method.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that drop-shipped, custom, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few business days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Handling
Shipping rates include both carrier costs and handling, which covers the labor and materials required to safely prepare your order for shipment.
We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier and shipping method at the time of fulfillment. This will never result in additional cost to you and may result in faster delivery.
Tracking Information
When tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, routing issues, or service disruptions.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at natalie@funfunmahjong.com. We will assist you in opening a carrier claim where applicable.
Please note that carriers have their own investigation timelines before a package is considered officially lost.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments require a delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled time to receive the delivery.
