Our tiles are thoughtfully designed to honor traditional Chinese mahjong while bringing a fresh, modern aesthetic to the table. Each tile is crafted from premium acrylic, engraved for depth, and UV printed for vibrant, long-lasting color. We focus on quality, beauty, and playability, creating sets that are as enjoyable to use as they are to display.

Our tiles are slightly larger than standard for a more comfortable feel and better visibility: 1.5" tall x 1" wide x 0.6" thick

Our tiles are designed with clarity and usability in mind, but they do not include instructional guides. They are perfect for players who already know the game or are learning with external resources.

To keep your tiles looking beautiful for years to come:

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after use
• Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Handle with care to prevent scratches or drops

Our tiles are UV printed and engraved, which means the designs are highly durable and resistant to fading with normal use. With proper care, your tiles will maintain their vibrancy over time.

Like all acrylic surfaces, tiles can develop fine scratches if handled roughly or stored improperly. Keeping them in their case and avoiding contact with sharp or abrasive objects will help preserve their finish.

We recommend avoiding full submersion in water. If needed, lightly wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Each set is carefully prepared before shipping. Processing times may vary, but you can expect your order to ship within the timeframe listed at checkout.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@funfunmahjong.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@funfunmahjong.com.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
